There has been NO sidewalk in front of the apartment building at 11676 Chenault Street, Los Angeles, 90049 (Brentwood) for at least a half century. Instead, there are approximately 20 uneven, irregularly spaced, small paving stones that are difficult to traverse during dry weather, next to impossible following a rain (photo). The disabled and seniors are forced to detour onto the street to avoid a slip, or trip, and fall. Emails to the Bureau of Street Services and to the office of Councilman Rosendahl in 2011 brought no response. (Little did I know that I was on the same list as other of the councilman's enemies - such as Presidents Obama and Clinton, Senator Feinstein, Representative Waxman, and Philip Anschutz.) Sincerely.
